How to specify the correct path when installing a module?

I'm starting to learn python, I started writing a program from this video. It was possible to install almost all the modules, but when installing the pyttsx3 module, the following error came up. I have never worked with the command line before, only I realized that this file did not find something somewhere. How can this be fixed?

I would not recommend you to learn python in YouTubers, who sometimes carry such game that even those who understand programming cannot enter. I think that Howdy's views are most likely screwed up (and of course, subscribers too). Better take a book and read it.
True, yes, I saw good channels on youtube on python. But, as a rule, such channels have from 500 to about 100,000 subscribers, and this despite the fact that the videos are really useful.
Take at least lectures from yandex, Moscow Python Conf ++ and many other videos. So they have very few views compared to Howdy, despite the fact that these cool guys (and girls) work in large companies and can tell a lot of interesting and useful things.
My advice to you:take a book on Python and read it carefully (with practice, of course), and you will almost have no questions. And by no means need to learn from the gentlemen from youtube who call their videos: 'Learn python from scratch in an hour', 'From beginner to pro in an hour', 'tutorials for beginners'. It is impossible to learn even basic syntax in an hour (especially for beginners). It would also be nice to read about the basics of cmd first (in the case of Linux - bash), and then cut your "Siri" or 'Alice'.
