How to specify python interpreter path?

Good evening/day/night.
There is a project written in python, you need to make sure that when you subsequently copy the project to ANY other device, the project will work out of the box.
I loaded all used libraries into the project, they are recognized.
But the problem is with the interpreter: you still have to select it manually in PyCharm.
How to make it so that the next time you open main.py, the interpreter will already be selected (the interpreter will be somewhere in the project folder)?
Thank you in advance.
