How to specify boundary for mjpeg stream when transcoding rtsp (mp4) via ffmpeg?

When transcoding via ffmpeg (ffmpeg -rtsp_transport tcp -copyts -start_at_zero -an -y -i rtsp:xxxx -qscale 2 -r 23 -b:v 200k -s 420x350 -f mpjpeg pipe:) under CentOS, boundary "ffserver" is set. The same query in the Windows version of ffmpeg gives an unknown boundary (there is no ffserver in the Windows version). How can you ask or find out?
