How to specify a project folder as a search source in PHPStorm?

In PHPStorm, after clicking on the name of a method, you can navigate to the method. Sometimes the system asks ( Choose declaration ) which file is needed. This happens when 2 projects are open in which there are 2 identical classes (for example, from vendor). How to "tell" phpstorm to forget about other projects and look only in the sources of the current project?

you can exclude vendor from the project:
RMB -> mark directory as -> excluded
