How to specify a minimum order amount in WooCommerce?

We have created an online store for the sale of custom-made tinplate.
In it, the client can order the amount of metal and in the form that he needs according to his needs.
It is important that the contractor can start the production of an order strictly from a certain amount. Orders of a smaller amount are simply not profitable for him, and he will not start his production for the sake of a few sheets of tin. The only possible option in this case is if the customer is ready to pay the minimum amount that is set by the contractor.
The store is based on the WooCommerce plugin. How is this task feasible from a technical point of view?

PS There is an idea to create a position in the cart, which appears by default, adds the difference to the minimum amount and the cost of this position dynamically changes depending on the rest of the products.
