That is, to make it so that you click on one page, there are some articles, and you click on another, there are other articles? I did not find a solution on the Internet. I myself contacted such a problem :)) It turns out that you need to create not pages but "Headings" and them in the place you need (for example, in the menu). Then when you publish a post, select the desired category and it appears there.

For starters, I recommend reading articles that describe the difference between pages and posts.
To put it simply, if you need to add articles that can be grouped (for example, news, articles, etc.), then it is better to use Posts for this purpose, rather than Pages.
Create headings "News", "Articles", etc. add them to the menu. And then publish the posts and add them to the headings.
Of course, you can do as you wrote above (add posts to pages by adding post loops to the templates of these pages or using plugins).
