How to specify a folder for metro applications in windows 8.1 not on the system drive?

Catastrophically (from the moment of purchase) on the tablet (32g built-in) there is not enough space to install programs. New metro programs are installed on the system drive, so if you install mail, for example, there won't be enough space for anything else. Advice on the Internet has been reduced to comments: do nothing, applications will stop working, etc.
