How to specify a city when working with mycityselector joomla component?

Good afternoon,
I want to use the MyCitySelector module in conjunction with Joomla 3.x. I
installed the module, everything seems to work as it should, but here's the question:
I have two regions, St. Petersburg and Moscow, the main region is Moscow.
I want to specify a city for the title of the pages, I use:
{cityName6}
to get "buy in Moscow (St. Petersburg)" depending on the region.
But for SPB, the tag works, but for MSC it doesn’t, maybe you messed up with the settings? I have the MSC region and the www domain for it. and for SPB spb. but redirection in .htaccess to url without www is also configured.
I somehow need to make it so that the main site, without a subdomain, opens without www in the MSC region, that is, the tag works.
It turns out that if I have a redirect from WWW to domain.ru, I have no way not to make the tags on the main site (region) displayed.
