Manual layout or automation?
Dear gurus of web programming and design, such a question is it worth it now to manually type up a psd template for wordpress, joomla, etc., or is it worth using special services? I would like to know all the pros and cons of the points if possible.

Cons
1) it turns out to be slow and buggy shit
2) it takes the same amount of time, and maybe more
3) you get bored with modifying
4) not for free
5) you remain a noob
Pros
1) you can relieve yourself of responsibility for layout
Pros and cons listed Zoxon.
Typed only manually, there are services, plugins, frameworks, snippets that facilitate manual typesetting, but that they replace - this does not happen.
If you are too lazy to do it yourself - pay the layout designer - it will be like a "special service" for you.
With the use of special service is not taken into account:
1) Cross-browser compatibility
2) Validity
3) Adaptability to popular monitor resolutions
When layout is done manually, all problems can be eliminated.
If we were talking about XAML, then yes - it is quite possible to use a designer here, HTML is too low-level and therefore you can create a lot of problems for yourself. Exceptions, perhaps - simple pages
Make up manually or give it to an experienced layout designer. The first option is preferable, because one day you will be able to comprehend Zen.
For many years of work, the manual method was clearly chosen. When I first started to master WP, I also thought that I needed to use some kind of software or service. Once was enough to understand that you need to do everything yourself. I read the Code, and after a couple of projects the issue was resolved by itself - only by hand. Now even the thought does not arise to use some kind of service.
