How to space child blocks to different sides of parent block in Susy?

The whole grid is 24 columns. At the moment, the left and right blocks are 12 columns wide. At the same time, the left block has a suffix in 1 column, and the right block has a prefix in 1 column. But I have a global box-sizing: border-box; and so when a suffix or prefix is applied, the indents are included in the width.
How can I space them on different sides, making the left and right blocks of 11 columns so that there is a gap of 2 columns between them?

float: right for right column =))
