How to sort survey data?

Good afternoon, dear toasters.
There is a matrix obtained from the results of a questionnaire with the answers "yes" or "no" (read. "1" or "0").
As a result of processing this matrix, for each survey participant, sequences of his responses of the form "1101000100100100" were obtained (16 responses for 75 participants).
How and with the help of what is it optimal to distribute all 75 participants into groups of maximum coincidence of answers?
N.B. I don't know how to program/code.

Well, without coding, the easiest option in Excel is to fill your matrices into cells and just sort them.
