How to solve whitelist issue when running tests?

phpstorm

Added whitelist to phpunit.xml, added to phpshtorm. I run the tests, no errors are displayed, but the tests did not start either.
The error that was before adding to the whitelist in phpshtorm:
No whitelist configured, no code coverage will be generated
I think something went wrong when adding the list or configs to phpshtorm.
I don't know which way to go, can you give me some advice?
