How to solve ValueError: Equivalence class for /var/run/rh-haproxy18-haproxy.sock already exists?

Hello.
OS CentOS 7.5 (Oracle Linux)
Installed
rh-haproxy18-haproxy.x86_64
Then I decided to reinstall via
yum erase rh-haproxy18-haproxy.x86_64
tried
yum remove rh-haproxy18-haproxy.x86_64
after successful completion of the removal operation tried to install again

[[email protected] etc]# yum install rh-haproxy18-haproxy.x86_64

How is it possible to solve this problem?
