Hello. The VDS is running debian-7-x86_64-ispmanager. I installed rvm 1.29.4 , ruby 2.6.0 , rails 5.2.0 on
it. Everything was installed without errors.
Further rails new blog, too, without errors.
When I go to the blog folder, the following happens.

Well, I'll do it once it's necessary. And bam

Wash please. Already tried everything I could.

Version 2.6.0 is still in preview.
What's in .ruby-version or Gemfile files? What version of ruby is listed there?
Ruby 2.5.1 is enough to run rails 5.2
