What is the /usr/b process?

Good day.
Who knows what kind of process this periodically starts and loads the raspberry processor by 100%? There is nothing on cron. Empty config.
I don’t see any special details of the process, htop shows what is running from pi and the command is /usr/b
System is Raspberry pi, build raspbian (debian) 7.8
