How to solve this error in Bitrix?

The task is to integrate the site on the 1C Bitrix and Bitrix24 platform (box).
The box is displayed externally, there is a certificate, there is a domain name, everything is ok.

I use the standard method (in the store in the admin panel I go to crm and click connect Bitrix24).
Then it throws me into Bitrix24 (to complete the setup).
However, here I catch an error:
"
Error connecting to the store. Perhaps the specified site is not a store created on the basis of "1C-Bitrix: Site Management". Or the store is not working.

I can not find a description of this error on the network.
The store is open, everything is ok. The site is certainly based on 1C Bitrix. What could be the catch?

I see several options for errors that can be:
1) The version of 1C-Bitrix and Bitrix24 do not match (for example, 1C-Bitrix version 16 and Bitrix24 version 20). Bitrix versions need to be the same within the minor.
2) If HTTPS is used, then certificates are installed incorrectly on both sites (where 1C-Bitrix: Site Management or Bitrix24 is installed).
Certificates must not have certificate chain issues and must be rated A or A+ by https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/analyze.html
3) There is no platform compliance on the webshop side (check via Site Checker)
4) Third party solutions block synchronization. Perhaps the online store was being finalized and the site has additional modules / plugins / developer code that prevents synchronization (for example, external calls are blocked or crashes with php errors).
