How to solve this "dpkg: warning: package file list .... missing"?

It costs Ubuntu 16.04, after some updates, this canvas began to pop up when installing any package, how to remove it?

And why did you install the not yet ready version of the axis, can you tell me? :) It is quite possible that there are no files, because the package is declared but not yet assembled by the supplier.
