How to solve the problem with the server?

Those. support wrote:
You have 2 network managers running on the container, which are trying to use the same interface at the same time, which leads to network unavailability.
We stopped one of them:
root 252 0.0 0.3 339896 7332 ? Ssl 11:34 0:00 /usr/sbin/NetworkManager --no-daemon
Then the problem was solved. After a reboot, it started up again. You need to uninstall it so that the problem doesn't happen again on the next reboot.
How can I remove this manager (if it can be removed at all)?

@MechanID

In the interface settings file for example /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-eth0
add/correct to have NM_CONTROLLED="no"
