How to solve the problem with the matrix on a laptop?

After entering Windows, the matrix begins to fade, colors are distorted and small ripples appear. Everything is fine on the external monitor. Actually what could be the problem and how to solve it?

The easiest way to check whether the matrix or the video chip is to blame is to take a screenshot of the screen, if there is no interference in the picture, then the matrix is to blame, and if there are distortions, then the video has swum.
In general, your symptoms are very similar to a malfunction of the matrix decoder, or a matrix connection cable. I would check these two things first of all, then I would already sin on the video chip

Maybe the LVDS cable is badly connected? I would check it.

Another diagnostic method is mechanical influences, for example, diagonal bending, etc., if something changes, then it is probably the matrix or the matrix plume.

Or problems with the LVDS interface or the backlight sins.
