The easiest way to check whether the matrix or the video chip is to blame is to take a screenshot of the screen, if there is no interference in the picture, then the matrix is to blame, and if there are distortions, then the video has swum.
In general, your symptoms are very similar to a malfunction of the matrix decoder, or a matrix connection cable. I would check these two things first of all, then I would already sin on the video chip
