How to solve the problem with the COLT plugin for WebStorm?

Installed on Mac OS X, as described here - codeorchestra.com/#/documentation .
As a result, when running through "Run with COLT" in WebStorm, I get errors like:
FileNotFoundException: Can't parse storage descriptor file /Users/.../.colt/storage.xml: /Users/.../.colt/storage .xml (No such file or directory) Has anyone
encountered this problem? Nowhere can I find information about what kind of storage.xml file and what the plugin wants to see in it.
