How to solve the problem with pop-up banners in the browser?
Pop-up banners and ads constantly appear in the browser, which I tried to get rid of as soon as possible. Advertising type of messages from ICQ and contact. I scanned with various antiviruses, they seem to find something, delete it, but this does not help! The full PPC is that it was loaded from a USB flash drive (a bootable USB flash drive from Doctor Web, it is based on Linux, but in fact it is Linux), there is a browser in this system, and so they even appear there! Even formatting and a complete reinstallation of Windows (seven) did not help, reconfiguring and flashing the router did not help either! DNS servers were registered manually both on the router and in the properties of the network card. Did not help. Help! How to get rid of them?

Then check your router. Check the logs for any violations. Connect to the Internet without a router. Or reset the router completely, or even better, reflash, or even better, reflash with an alternative firmware.
If this does not help, then either the provider is to blame. or you/your ISP has been attacked and the packets have been routed.
Alternatively, an incorrect DNS in the properties of the network connection of your network card, which "enriches" each web page you request with left content. I had something similar - a whole ad unit with boobs and mutants - a strip on the left side of the web page from top to bottom when entering any site (even my own!).
As an option, some unscrupulous sites make money on this by creating such banners for themselves. Treatment - do not visit this site.
