How to solve the problem with opening ports?
I've been struggling with opening these modest ports for an hour already, I disabled the firewall, but still added opening to the source and incoming connection for certain ports in the rules, I forwarded the ports in the router settings, I "opened" the port using the tracker, but when checking on certain sites, it says that the port is closed. I read that the ISP blocks ports, but I read and saw certain ports that they block, those that I tried to open do not fall under their range.
Of course, I understand that the question is trivial, but I tried EVERYTHING. HELP, HELP, SOOOOOOS

what is the external address on your router (usually it can be seen in the admin panel of the router)?
if it's white - show the screenshots of the admin panel. or at least name the model of the router.
If gray - most likely nothing.
So, in my opinion, this question was already from you. a week or 2 ago. I wrote everything in detail there. What is the purpose of opening the port?
And yes - if you open it inside, to your PC \ service - the service must be connected to the provider - "external IP address"
