VPS Ping Reduction for Minecraft Server?

Hello! I have a VPS in Germany, good specs but ping issues.
How can it be reduced? I heard about the second VPS + OpenVPN method, but there are some doubts.
Please, help.

From the rearrangement of the terms, the amount does not change - therefore, vpn will not help, rather the opposite. Put the server closer to users.
BTV, why does Minecraft have low ping? It's not FPS...

where the delays to clients are physically less.
