How to solve the problem with opening excel report?

Good day!
I ran into a problem, after switching from office 2013 to 2016 I can no longer open reports. Which are generated automatically in a specific program. All other computers are fine. The problem is only on one PC so far . The
error screen is below. Help advice thanks.
