This error appears when starting the site on a local server. what is it and how to solve it? I can't find something on the internet. I understand PHP needs to be updated?

tried that doesn't help. still getting an error. how to solve it?

You have different console puff and puff through Apache.

I also use OpenServer, make Apache's php version the same as the php version in the selector.
