How to solve the problem with internal links?

Good afternoon!
I noticed here on the site one problem that concerns internal menu links.
The bottom line is this - there is a horizontal drop-down menu which is organized using CSS, it is placed in the navigation block, the menu items have relative links to the site pages ( basic_info ), but when you hover over the menu item while on the main page, a link appears in the browser status bar
( mggeu.tw1.ru/ru/basic_info ), and if you go to any news item and hover over the menu item again, the link already looks like ( mggeu.tw1.ru/ru/node/basic_info ) . Where does the additional part in the link come from ( mggeu.tw1.ru/ru node/ basic_info), I just can't figure it out.

those. menu manually laid out? not through the menu module?
then write absolute paths. or put "/" at the beginning
i.e. not <a href="basic_info">basic info</a>
a:
<a href="/basic_info">basic info</a>
