How to solve the problem with installing windows server 2003?

I install windows server 2003 from a flash drive, during installation it asks me to insert a disk marked win server 2003 se CD-ROM. Tell me how to solve the problem?

Take a normal flash drive with CD-ROM emulation (the bootloader emulates)
