Doesn't see disks under SCSI controller with custom Windows Server 2012 r2?

I'm trying to install windows server 2012 r2, while organizing a separate virtual controller for the system disk and separately for storage disks. When installing WindowsServer, it sees only the disk from the SATA controller, it does not see it from SCSI.
