How to solve the problem with installing CUDA?

I tried to install CUDA 9.0 on a PC, but a few seconds after installation, the folder with all installed files is deleted and disappears without a trace. Tried different installation options, but the result is the same.
Ps I want to install this program for myself , and an error occurs in it without CUDA. If someone knows how to solve this problem in another way, I would be very grateful

Conda pulls all the necessary dependencies exactly. There is no need to install CUDA from the NVIDIA website.
