How to solve the problem with incorrect time zone on HTC Mozart phones?

I'm in Moscow, the default is Baku. It turns out a difference of 1 hour.
If you put down Moscow with your hands, then the automatic time adjustment is turned off and the clock starts to lag behind.
HTC response:
Anna: Good afternoon, Sergey, thank you for contacting HTC.
Sergey: Good afternoon. I have an HTC Mozart phone, after the time change I started having problems with the time zone, I don't know what to do. On phones of other brands with WP7, such problems are not observed.
Sergey: OS 7.10.8107.79
Sergey: The default time zone is Baku, and I'm in Moscow.
Anna: Sorry for the delay, I'll be back to you within a minute. Thanks for waiting.
Anna: Please contact Zune software support
Anna: F also check for OS updates
Anna: How else can I help you?

There is such a phone, but I did not notice such glitches.
Set the Moscow time zone yourself and then just set the clock :)

In theory, accurate time information should be transmitted by the mobile operator.

It turned out in the comments that the cellular operator can be buggy with the distribution of time.

There was such a problem after transferring hours to mts with mozart. It went away on its own within a month or so.

Happy HTC Mozart owners can set their phone to automatic time detection mode.
You can live in peace until next spring.
