How to solve the problem with emoji?

I display countries in the product variation and want to insert a flag through emoji. But it turns out to be a problem.
You can't insert a picture into option, but wp starts converting to img.

But then strangeness appears, such a transformation is not everywhere, in a nearby product, displayed without transformation.

And if select2 is connected, I get the following result

True, if you turn off emojis, they work fine in mozilla, but in chrome it's just text.
