How to solve the problem with bootloader recovery (MBR) in Windows 7?

The essence of the problem is that instead of loading Windows 7, the laptop displays a message stating that the bootloader is damaged and it is proposed to restore the system using the installation disk. Ok, I boot from the installer, I choose to restore the system, I choose the command line, I write: bootrec.exe /fixmbr - (operation completed successfully), bootrec.exe /fixboot - the request was not completed due to an I / O error on the device !? Now I do not know what to do, tell me please who knows the solution.
And during the recovery, the laptop is very slow. Could the HDD be damaged?

When drawing any design, a technical problem arises - to fit the elements of the site to the specified width. Fitting to a given width is harder than stretching to a given width. Stretching is easy at the layout stage. Therefore, you need to focus on the minimum width in the class.
1. Mobile phones - 320px. We focus on the iPhone's viewport, because. he is the smallest. Modern androids have a larger viewport, so we ignore them (it will stretch on layout).
2. Tablets - 768px. Again, we focus on the iPad in portrait orientation, because. for android tablets, viewports usually have a size of 800x1200 or match the size of an iPad. Tablets with a 600x1024px viewport are deprecated. In addition, it's okay if in a vertical orientation the site on such a tablet looks like on a mobile phone, and in a horizontal orientation - like on a desktop.
3. Desktop and tablets in landscape orientation - 1000px. Why 1000 and not 1024: First, on desktop browsers, the scrollbar eats up (usually) 18px of width; secondly, from 1000px it is more convenient for the layout designer to calculate the sizes in percentages, and up to 1024 it will still stretch during layout.
In principle, this is enough for the layout designer to cope.
If the design does not have a maximum width and stretches from edge to edge of the browser window, then at the discretion of the designer, one or more thumbnails can be drawn for wider screens.
In what order to draw? It depends on how the technical task is set. Most often, the task describes the full functionality for the desktop version. Then it's easier to draw a design under 1000px and recompose it under 768 and 320, throwing out or simplifying the less significant elements of the site along the way. Those. move from complex to simple.
At the same time, it is more convenient to typeset from a smaller screen to a larger one (from simple to complex). With mobile first, the layout designer has to add new styles for larger screens on top of the base version of 320px instead of zeroing out the styles written for desktop browsers. As a result, for mobile css weighs less and parses faster.

If you think a little logically, it turns out that the alignment is something like this:
1. Mobile phones. On the example of Iphone 4 (other mobiles, except for shovel phones, have similar dimensions). If you hold the phone in your hand vertically, then the screen width is 320 pixels, if horizontally, then 480.
2. Next, tablets. Using the iPad as an example (other tablets are similar in resolutions, respectively). If you hold vertically, then 768, if horizontally, then 1024.
3. Next is the desktop. Here the most popular for today is 1200+, drawing options even wider usually does not make sense, the site is simply centered on higher resolutions. In addition, most users of huge screens usually do not open browsers in full screen.
In general, you should end up with about 5 resolutions in total (+ each of these resolutions should have some flexibility (+/- 30 pixels) to accommodate the variety of Android screens.
