A few days ago I installed sublime text 3, configured it, then it came to plugins. None of them are installed, it gives this error. In the console, I am confused by Package Control: Error downloading package. URL error [WinError 10061] Connection not established because the destination computer rejected the connection request. Everything is on the screenshots. It seems to me that I have already tried everything that the Internet offers. Please, if you offer a solution to the error, then explain everything in more detail, since I am still a teapot.

Download the plugins yourself and drop them into the sublime folder
