How to solve the problem with always falling off WI-FI?

There is an office, from two small rooms. TL-WA901ND access point in one room, Zyxel Keenetic Extra in another. Laptops and phones of employees are connected to them. In total, up to 50. Zyxel is a router and DHCP server, distributes wired Internet through switches to other machines. The problem is that WI-FI constantly falls off. At some point, which does not have a pattern, the Internet disappears, although the signal itself remains normal. Over twisted pair everything works without failures. It is solved solely by rebooting the access point, or turning WI-FI on / off on the router.
The following attempts were made:
1. The routers were changed, initially D-Link-615, TL-WR741N, TL-WR740ND all had the same symptoms.
2. Channels were changed, channels were scanned for congestion, the least clogged channel was set manually.
3. Exhibited b / g mode, b / g / n. Varying various power and bandwidth settings.
4. Changed the location of the routers.
What are the suggestions? What could be the reason for this strange behavior?

Install a normal router. Or are you hoping for a miracle?
For example, I prefer Mikrotik and Ubiquiti. At the first, though, seamless Wi-Fi is configured non-trivially, but set it up and forget it. The second sometimes also fall off but rarely.

mikrotik. The point can be left by updating the firmware on it.

I suggest reading this review . Still, this is an advanced "home point", my personal opinion - with 50 clients per point, something more productive should be installed.

there was an experience of terrible hatred between lenovo laptops and D-Link routers (moreover, the versions of laptops and routers were different, but everyone had a problem)
I tried everything the same as you, but it didn’t help , it was
decided by installing certain drivers and the article , and the comment from this article helped a lot two laptops with 8.0 (errors continued) Network adapters - "Network adapter with Microsoft kernel debugging" - cut down

3. Exhibited b / g mode, b / g / n. Varying various power and bandwidth settings. - this cannot be, the equipment you described does not support traffic bandwidth demarcation! And apparently one of the channels clogs the device's processor, and the consequences of restarting the radio interface.
The easiest way is to act in reverse in your situation. Disable all users, for example, according to the list of allowed MAC addresses (allow). And then including one by one (adding them to the list) track down the employee who clogs the channel.

And what prevents you from going to the devices and looking at the logs?

Start with a crutch - bring it to the mob. administrator's device script for rebooting Wi-Fi equipment. This way you minimize network downtime and make your life easier. Then check the firmware on your equipment. For example, D-Link 615 regularly fights this problem in new versions. If it does not help, then proceed to a detailed analysis of flights. The solution will be non-trivial because, judging by the description, the network is motley and works at the limit of its capabilities.
PS Examine possible sources of interference.
