How to solve the problem with 64-bit Windows 7?

After installing Windows updates, various types of errors began to appear:
1. 32-bit programs do not open
2. Adobe Flash Player cannot be updated
3. No antivirus is installed - Occ000007b error occurs
4. I checked the system using Kaspersky Virus Removal Tool - no viruses found.
I tried different methods, but nothing helped, mainly due to the fact that the program could not be started.
If anyone has experienced this problem, please help! Work is up!

Update. Some kind of update from microsoftware caused this a year ago globally. It is forbidden to execute a non-kernel program or something like that with your error. windows update only
