How to solve the problem when flashing Nexus 4 via flash-all.bat after writing the radio module?

Good afternoon. When flashing via flash-all.bat, after writing the radio module, the error "fastboot.exe has stopped working" pops up. And, accordingly, the new android was not installed. What could be the reason for this and is it possible to solve this problem?

On the phone, when recording, were there lines like writing? Has the radio version changed? Try to remove this line from the batch file.

Did you download fastboot.exe from the official site? Try connecting to USB 2.0 (my device is not always detected through 3.0).
I usually use adb and fastboot from a virtual machine with ubuntu.

My nehus flashed from the third time, when flash-all.bat was run by run as administrator. And only with an unlocked bootloader.
PS. If there is a custom recovery, it's better to return the stock one.

Thanks a lot, everyone! After a sleepless night of torment, it was updated to 4.4. It was only necessary to execute flash-all.bat on behalf of the administrator.
