How to solve the problem: "Office does not work after PowerDVD"?

Hello. I didn’t want to write for a long time, but I got the problem. The system unit is a meter from the TV, connected via HDMI, I switch the output source to TV via Ctrl + P and watch 3D Blu-rays through PowerDVD. I watch 3D through the included NVIDIA panel, video card 770.
After switching back to the monitor via Ctrl + P, there are 2 visual problems:
1. VLC does not show video? but only a black screen (there is sound)
2. Office last shows a white or black screen.
Reboot solves everything, but how to solve without it.
