How to solve the problem of installing OS on SSD?
Hello, the second day I suffer with the installation of Windows 10 on the SSD.
Motherboard Gigabyte GA-X58-USB3
CPU type HexaCore Intel Xeon W3680, 3652 MHz (22 x 166) Northbridge
: Intel Tylersburg X58
Southbridge: Intel 82801JR ICH10R
Type Award BIOS Award Modular BIOS v6.00PG
Disk #1 - ST31000524AS (931 GB) - HDD 1TB
Disk #2 - P4-240 (223 GB) - SSD 240 GB
In general, I make a standard bootable USB flash drive through Rufus for BIOS, boot from a USB flash drive, and when it comes to choosing a partition, I choose SSD, it appears that it is impossible to install Windows into this partition (I tried to convert GPT to MBR via diskpart, included AHCI in BIOS did not help). I also tried to transfer an existing Windows to an SSD using acronis true image, when trying to clone an SSD, you can't select

The disk seems to be dynamic (you can’t put os on a dynamic one)
You need to make it basic
https://docs.microsoft.com/ru-ru/windows-server/st...
Then disable hdd so that the bootloader and recovery partition are created on ssd
Install Windows as usually, use GPT
Well, delete the boot and recovery partitions on the hdd
Even if Windows sees it as a base one, you need to convert it back and forth once
Disconnect all drives except SSD and try to install, should give a ride.
