How to solve the problem of font mismatches in Figme?

This question has been asked a hundred times, but there is no clear answer. As in Photoshop and in Figma, the difference in fonts is enormous.
The perfect pixel is generally lost when laying out the layout. Can someone clarify this???? In figma there are no dpi and so on at all.
