How to create buttons in Figma that change colors?

There are three buttons. One is gray (pressed) the others are black. I made them interactive with three layers (the layers just change when you press the buttons). But how to make these buttons in one layer with Figma Variants or is it created like that?

You need to create a Component set from three buttons (select three buttons with a frame and select create component set), then the necessary interactivity is done inside the component.
