This operating system has such a function, switching windows when clicking in the upper left corner. Here, during the operation of the computer, this function stops its work without a trace (in the background).
I tried to search for a solution in Google, but something failed.
Maybe someone solved this problem?

Right click on the taskbar, item "Properties".
Navigation tab, uncheck "When I click in the top left corner, switch between recent apps".
Then click on "OK"
