How to solve the problem due to domain transfer to another hosting?

I made a site for the customer with a new design and other things, transferred everything to my hosting. Where he bought his old domain delegated to hosting. Everything was delegated to me at the address the site is displayed, only he and some of his comrades still show the old version of the site? What's wrong and how to fix it? Clearing the browser cache doesn't help.

First, try to reset the dns cache on the customer's PC and routers, and then think about the provider's cache.
But most likely flushing the cache on a PC will help
. Here is an example of how to reset on different
OS www.techiecorner.com/35/how-to-flush-dns-cache-in-...

This cache is not at the browser level, but at the level of DNS records from the provider. New DNS records for a domain can take up to 48 hours to propagate. You can try to ask the customer's comrades and the customer himself to open the site from the phone, for example, there is probably another provider there and there are no DNS entries in the cache.

You can register on the computers of the customer and his comrades in the hosts file the ip of the site and its domain, for example:
123.123.123.133 site.ru
Here it is indicated where to look for this file https://ru.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hosts#. D0.A0.D0.B0...
