In this scheme, "inconvenient" is R3, because it is possible to calculate algebraically (according to Ohm's law and Kirchhoff's rules) the voltage on it (the current through it), but it is more difficult.
By converting the section R1-R4-R3 (or another "triple" of load resistances) from a "star" to a "triangle" or vice versa, you can significantly simplify the circuit and reduce the entire load to one single resistance. To answer the question of the problem - this will be enough.
