How to solve the login problem?

Lost the ability to log into the account on the PC. The account is simple, not for children and not an administrator. Everything worked fine before. Now when I try to login it says:

Can't login to PC right now. Go to account.live.com to correct the error or try your last password that was used on this PC.

On live.com, I did not find the settings to solve the problem. Tried logging in with admin password, nothing. Gave the account administrator rights - the same result.
If who who faced or has ideas as to overcome it I will be very grateful.

There is such a project kon-boot. I don’t know how with Win8.1, but in general it helps.

1. Try to change the password in LiveID from your account.
2. Or If it doesn't work, delete the local storage of the profile (C:\Users\%Username%) (or rename it), first backup your files (desktop, favorites, my documents). After you log in again, the OS will re-create the local profile.
