How to solve the issue of static server IP?

Good day! There is a real server to which you need to connect the domain. No matter how I try, it doesn't work. On the OS server: Ubuntu Server 20.04.

Now the IP of the server is something 192.168.0.102. As I understand it, to change the IP, you need to go to the /etc/net plan section and open the file with the .yaml extension. There you need to disable dhcp4 and dhcp6. And then nothing is clear at all.
Goes addresses, gateway4 and nameservers: addresses. Tell me, please, who knows how to bind a static IP, so that when you go to a site that is tied to the same IP as the server, opening from the server works?

PS: I understand how to work with the server in general, but I don't understand what to do with IP addresses. Thank you!

Your network is most likely managed by the network manager, but it is managed differently - see the nmcli utility (strange, I can’t publish a link to the Habr article!). Search there by name Manage network connections in Linux using the nmcli console utility
