I have 1C:Enterprise version - 8.3 (8.3.5.1098), configuration - Trade Management, edition 11.1 (11.1.7.54). joxi.ru/YmE13qpfdav0m6
I also installed the exchange module with the site on Bitrix, the version of the exchange module is 4.0.4.2

To begin with, try the latest platform from the 8.3.6 branch, then, as usual, TiS (with the parameters of reindexing, creating objects), then rolling back the update and checking for a different version of the conf.
I hope you are doing this on a test basis.
