How to display goods in the Bitrix cart?

Good afternoon. Please tell me how best to display goods in the Bitrix cart? I would be grateful for the code as an example

You are changing concepts.
If you want to integrate the layout (i.e. replace the cart layout with your own), then you do not have to write the code for receiving goods from the cart. You need to create a separate template for an already existing cart component and manipulate the available $arResult and $arParams variables in the template to display the cart. Read more in the chapter on Design Integration in the course Bitrix Framework Developer
If you want to write a shopping cart from scratch (your own component), then you will have to sweat a lot, since this is not a task for a novice developer. You will have to figure out how Bitrix works from the inside, how modules interact, and much more. In other words, take almost all courses from Content Manager to Bitrix Framework Developer
