How to solve the "empty admin panel" problem in MODx?

A similar question already exists (), but the problem there, apparently, is not fully covered. Moved the site to Machost, a very famous hosting. I got an "empty admin panel". There is a main admin page, but there is no side menu and the links do not work. Hosting support did the initial setup. What could be the problem? I break my head. And please describe how the Modx site is transferred to the hosting. Which paths to change and where? Very necessary. Here's what it looks like:

You need to look at the browser line. It may very well be that there is not (is) www, but it should (should not be). And the legs grow because of RewriteEngine Off in the Manager directory
