How to edit reviews through Jot and where are they located?

Where are the reviews themselves located (file, table, etc.), where does the information for displaying on the site page come from?
How to change the date of the review?

As far as I remember, you need to log in to the manager and open the desired page with reviews within this session, you can edit everything there. It will look something like this:
