How to solve text problem when sending emails from DLE site?

Hello this problem set up SMTP on sendpulse.com and faced with such a problem on my test mail on gmail.com a letter arrives from the site in the name is spelled in Russian letters but the message does not include only Russian letters pїЅpїЅpїЅpїЅpїЅpїЅpїЅpїЅpїЅ pїЅpїЅpїЅpїЅpїЅpїЅpїЅpїЅpїЅpїЅpїЅpїЅ pїЅpїЅpїЅpїЅpїЅpїЅpїЅ Poigraem.uz - like you see English letters normally come, but what about the Russian ones? What can be done and how to solve this problem?
